One of the goals of the Bamboo Bike Project is to ensure the quality of the bamboo bicycles that are built, because an improperly built bamboo bicycle frame poses the same safety risk as a steel or aluminum frame that has not been properly welded.  Proper training is necessary to ensure that the correct materials are used, and the proper construction method is employed.  Therefore, the Bamboo Bike Project cannot provide cursory instructions on how to build a bamboo bicycle frame.
